Mass events

Mass events

Our mass-event offer is mainly intended for local authorities and organisations interested in a comprehensive coverage of mass-events, open-air shows and concerts. This includes consultancies, embassies and international cultural establishments that may wish to promote their national cultures through spectacular or unconventional events, concerts or festivals in Krakow or in any other location in Poland.

The company has an extensive experience gathered through the years of organising mass events, especially Krakow’s largest municipal projects, including a huge riverside Midsummer Night’s Fest with a turnout of 150 000 spectators and a long line of New Year’s Parties in the Main Square with at least 100 000 participants each year.

We were also honoured to take part in preparations for memorial celebrations on the death of the Pope John Paul II where nearly two million people gathered in the sprawling city commons. Event-Factory was also involved in preparing visits of Pope Benedict XVI and of the US President George W. Bush and a recent NATO summit in Krakow in February 2009.

In our portfolio we have a number of concerts, town festivals and events featuring top Polish music stars, but also international stars, such as the British band Marillion.

Beyond Krakow event-factory took part in organising high-profile projects including the 25th Anniversary of the Solidarity movement in Gdansk and the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp.
